If grown ups can't make believe, then I don't want to grow up.

Today I gave Curtis a hard time about wanting a ride home from work because the roads were damp and he eventually agreed to bike home with me. As soon as we walked out the door it started pouring again. We were instantly soaked and visually handicapped by the rain. After biking up Brescia hill Curtis was ready for me to deeply regret my heckling. This was not the case. I told him I was pretending that we were vacationing in the Tropics and got caught in a rainstorm as we were biking back to the resort. For the rest of the bike ride I intentionally went through all the puddles because the warm rain water was refreshing on my feet. He playfully rolled his eyes and looked at me like his innocent vunerable girlfriend whom he protects from the world's evils (my favourite portrayl).

He's perfect.

I was asked this weekend why I don't blog anymore. I gave some excuse about not having enough trees, but the bottom line is I'm pretty much grown up and I have someone to confide in. I don't really need the blog as an outlet anymore. Not in any way am I stopping, or taking the archives down, just don't expect frequent posts.
